Barlows Pest Control

This was the first time we ever hired a pest control company to spray for insects inside or outside of our home. We have in door and out door cats, so an animal safe product is imperative to us. We had been experiencing ants daily in our kitchen, so we decided it was time to take control with the hot weather upon us. Barlows had been referred to us by friend and after researching them on Angie's list and checking out their website, along with calling a few other company's we decided to go with them. Brian arrived promptly as scheduled and spent a significant amount of time explaining what he would do and the products he would use. We also decided to go with a maintenance plan as the price was right and felt it was important to keep critters at bay in the future.

It is a 3 step process. Have the bee problem viewed and estimated. They come back and kill the bees. Then they come back again and remove the hive. We had a large hive and they honored the Angie's List 10% discount. David was very thorough in explaining the process and was happy to discuss the many nuances of bees. He was professional, gave an estimate and did what he said he would do. I missed the first appointment; completely my fault. He was very understanding. He was delayed on another job once, so I understood. He did the job exactly as outlined, at a reasonable price and was very nice. Highly recommend!

I have been really happy with them. They come consistently and call before they arrive. They give me the bill which I pay and I have no problems with pests when they make their visits. Their pricing is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
