ATD Garage Door & Opener Service

I left a message, they returned my call within a couple of hours, technician came out within a couple of hours and performed the repair. Problem solved.

I could not ask for better service. I called on a Monday evening and they came to my house by 8:30 Tuesday morning. They were able to diagnose and repair the problems quickly. The door and opener are now running smoothly and quietly. I did not grade them for the price only because I have no way of knowing how it compares to other vendors. This was a repair that I needed immediately -- no time to shop around! But if I need additional garage door or opener work done, I will call ATD again.

I called Dan on the weekend and he called me at 8:00 am Monday morning! Within a couple of hours he was at my house. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be replaced. He did not pressure me to buy anything "extra." My opener was more than 15 years old and had a few more issues so I decided to replace the opener and also get a keypad outside the door. He finished the job quickly, cleaned up and then was on his way. I would certainly recommend ATD Garage Door & Opener Service again. Very friendly and prompt service!

Dan Neely is the owner of this business, and he is a true professional in every respect. He guided me thru the process of selecting the proper equipment for my garage, then placed the order for this equipment. As soon as the equipment arrived, he called to arrange installation. On the scheduled install day, he arrived exactly on time, and got to work after explaining to me exactly what would take place. He was thorough, paid attention to detail, and completed the entire job, including all new tracks, in about 3 hours. The result is that I now have a high-quality garage door and opener that runs very smooth, and is very quiet. My total experience with Dan was outstanding in every respect, and I recommend him in the strongest possible manner for any purchase, installation, or repair of anything related to garage doors.

Dan was truly amazing. He responded to my call in less than 24 hours, provided great service, and is a really nice guy! He was very thorough in his examination and work, very straightforward with what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and very pleasant and polite. Dan Neely, was friendly and responsive to request for an appointment on the same day.  He was punctual, professional and quickly replaced the tension springs.  I would recommend him without reservation.

It went very well!!
He came to the house quickly(from around 15 miles) and was very business like.  He heard the motor and knew immediately what was needed.  After the gear was replaced, he oiled and checked the door and motor.
I would certainly call ATDagain should I need additional service.  I mentioned belonging to Angie's list and the 5% coupon, so that was nice.  I told him he deserved the multitude of A's he has!

Dan returned my call and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He arrived, on time and in less than an hour, the job was done very well. When the job was done my door operated better than when we moved in and made half the noise it used to. Great job

Dan returned my call promptly, arrived the next day when schedules, and quickly replaced broken springs and adjusted the door.  The door opener operates better than it has in years.

Dan was prompt, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He immediately discerned the problem, replaced/repaired garage door opener parts and it works as if it was new. Very satisfied with everything and would not hesitate to call again or refer to friends.

It went GREAT! Showed up on time. Repaired the door quickly.  Also serviced my other 14' door. Very informative as to how to maintain the doors.  I learned  how overcharged I was when I had the springs on the my other garage door replaced last year.

Dan came out promptly and reviewed the current garage door to see if it could be fixed or replaced. I was able to pick the style, color and design elements of the new door and it was ready to be installed in just a few days. Dan and his partner met me at the house on-time and replaced the door very efficiently. The new door looks and works great. I used the Angie's list coupon and got a 5% discount which was great. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Dan was very professional, and friendly. He fixed the problem right away, and performed routine maintenance on my remaining garage doors. His price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend him.

Shaun showed up and immediately went to work and made ALL the necessary repairs and alignment. Found some parts missing or not installed and repaired everything. 
SHowed me how to lube all the moving parts and suggested having the door lubed again in the next few weeks.
Was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

Dan Neely, Owner A.T.D. Garage Door and Gate Company - installed our new garage door, was totally focused during the 3+ hours. Dan readily answering all my questions and, once installed, walked me through everything, including how to lube the door bi-annually.  He did everything we expected and did so in a very professional manner.
We are happy with how the door looks, operates - [VERY quite] as promised with a lot of the bells and whistles our previous door did not have and, for just slightly over the cost of the old door which was almost 8 years ago.
I feel very good about knowing I can call Dan with any follow up questions or concerns.

Called about 8:00 am was there by 9:30am Replaced both springs, traveler and lubed all moving parts. He also lubed and adjusted my other 18 ft wide sectional door all for $290. It couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience. Learned how ripped off I got the year before when another company did the same thing for a lot more money!
I highly recommend  ATD Garage Door!

Dan showed up when he said he would and, although he normally doesn't repair my type of door mechanism, he studied it and figured out how to get it working again.  He is resourceful and willing to attack the job with a vengeance.  After he got the door working again, he suggested that I might want to add another support bar to the door to minimize metal fatigue.  I agreed and he added the support bar.  This not only made the door more rigid, but it quieted the whole mechanism considerably.  He did all of this for what i consider to be a very reasonable price.
