When we received the two chairs, we noticed one did not recline properly and the other is difficult to retract in (it has to be hit HARD to be retracted back in). We called them the very next day to tell them about the problem and they sent a nice gentleman out to look at the chairs. He agreed with us that the chairs we both faulty. This all occurred before Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, we went to the store to see if we could find something comparable that we would like to have in exchange for the faulty chairs. The particular chair I wanted was not available in leather. So, I told him that he could just refund us our money. He said that if we did this we would charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Since the issue was that the chairs were faulty, I assumed that we would qualify for a full refund. They have refused to give a full refund. In the meantime, they are sending another gentleman to look at the chairs. No matter what, they will still charge us the restocking fee.
