Worst customer service! The job was done but their price was outrageous. When called the office to speak with someone about my frustration, it was even worse. At the beginning the person I spoke with didn’t want to let me speak with the manager, finally he did transfer me and she was awfully rude, not kind and with zero patience! The experience with them was not pleasant and it I will never work with them or recommend them! Not recommended!!

The company is a scam and tries to charge double after job is completed without and verbal or written agreement which their contract states. DO NOT HIRE!!

ASAP was extremely professional, always updating me on the work being done. Work was done in a timely manner and cleanup was impeccable. I will definitely use them in the future

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The initial visit was good. We had a broken water regulator and our regular plumber was not available so we called them. They came out quickly and installed the broken water regulator. They were expensive on both labor AND parts but we needed it fixed so did not care to much. This was back in August. We had our regular plumber come out to install our new washer yesterday (a full month after the installation) and noticed that the water regulator was put on upside down/backwards. FAULTY! It turns out that they did not check the water pressure after the install. It would seem that would be the standard operating procedure! I called the shop, they sent the same tech out (who messed up in the first place) and simply wanted to fix the install. Luckily, my regular plumber had told me that they should replace the part as it is already compromised. The shop is trying to get away with not giving me a new part but I paid for the the new part and delaying everything. Do not use them. They might be good at clearing the clogged drain or pipe but when it comes to real plumbing work and service afterwards, they are a disaster.

These guys are great. I had a clogged tub about a year ago, and the first plumber that I called (who smelled HEAVILY of smoke and left a stench in my bathroom) recommended them because he couldn't clear the drain!
I won't ever look back. Everyone I've had come out has been professional, clean, and able to get the job done. They're quick, the price is right. I can't recommend ASAP Drain Guys highly enough, and they'll continue to be my first call for plumbing issues at my older home.

The plumber was on time and provided a first rate job - fast and efficient.  The drain was cleared within 15 minutes.  He took a look at other areas of plumbing in the house that were not part of my call to ASAP.  I would recommend them in the future. 

They are nice people and do a great job for us.

ASAP sent two plumbers who solved the problem, were very careful in keeping the area clean, and cleaned up with no trace of being there. We are very happy with the work and will use them again.

The leak in our shower was not assessed properly. The plumber replaced piping that was not the cause of the leak. He did not test the shower before leaving our house. Upon our call the the business to inform them of the continued problem, nothing was done. Through advice of others, and our own tests, we have discovered where the leak is...it is a very common problem with the shower pan. The plumber left us with 2 large holes in our drywall which his company does not repair.

I called them for one thing and that led to more. They charge for each item on a schedule that would easily include the trip out. By doing more than one item I got royally screwed. The plumber was here for a few hours doing easy stuff and later I discovered how much they had overcharged me. (They claim I agreed, but I was ignorant.) A top flight plumber will charge less than $100 an hour. I could have had all of this work done by a legitimate and fair plumber for less than 1/3 of what ASAP charged me. Then when you call hem to complain the owner answers but denies he's the owner and that the owner will call you back. Then they ignore you so you will go away. These guys are the worst. Call Hanna or APEX for old school honest and top qualiy. ASAP Plumbing burned me badly and couldn't care less.

They come right away. If I have any urgent work, they will come over within 30 minutes. They have always done excellent work, and they clean up after themselves. They are just really great guys. Their price is reasonable.

THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. HE WAS ON TIME.

ASAP PLUMBING SENT OUT A YOUNG GUY THAT HAD JUST STARTED WORKING FOR THEM. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS WATER COMING THROUGH THE DRYWALL HE WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE LEAK AND SAID IT MUST HAVE STOPPED. AFTER HE LEFT THE WATER CONTINUED TO LEAK, A FEW DAYS LATER WE CALLED HIM BACK, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US ANOTHER $65 TRIP CHARGE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO ARGUE WITH HIM TO LOOK FOR THE LEAK AND NOT GIVE UP. THE PLUMBER FOUND THE LEAK AND REPAIRED IT, AND STILL WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR 2 TRIP CHARGES. MY HUSBAND ARGUED WITH HIM AGAIN DEMANDING THAT THEY DON'T CHARGE US FOR THE 2ND TRIP CHARGE ONLY FOR THE WORK DONE. THE PLUMBER FINALLY CONCEDED, DUE TO HIS INEXPERIENCE IN FINDING LEAKS. WE DID HAVE A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER, YET I FELT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO FIND THE LEAK IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY WERE ON TIME, BUT ARE EXPENSIVE.
