MR. ARVIZU IS A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND IS NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU ARE. HE TAKES NO MONEY UP FRONT AND IS PAID ON COMPLETION. HIS STAFF ALSO WORKS VERY DILIGENTLY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
