This review is being entered 3 1/2 years after the job was completed. I was going to let some things slide, but I recently discovered some really shoddy workmanship. I said nothing about the crack that was left between the granite sill and the window frame. My wife and I bought the tile and filled it ourselves. I let slide a place in the counter top that feels like it is cracked, but it just wasn't polished like it should have been. My problem that instigated this report is with the bottom of the L shaped counter. It apparently wasn't shimmed appropriately and if you hit the counter top, the hitting of the top against the cabinet frame can be heard. The other part of the counter top doesn't have that problem. I'll not hire him again.

His worker accidentally knocked off tiles in the bathroom shower. That happened in May. I sent them photos of the damage on 5/11 so they could come back out to repair the work but they have not yet come out to fix the issue. When his workers were putting in the granite, they were supposed to provide me with cutting boards from the sink cutouts/ left over granite. They claimed that there was not any granite remaining. Based on the square footage, there should have been left over granite.

He claimed that we did not pay him in a timely manner but we never got an invoice from him. The day he did bring out a table top and cutting boards we paid him $900 so he got paid the day he asked for the money yet my tile is still not fixed nor is the granite repaired.

It didn't take long. The pieces were installed & drilled for faucets very quickly. After over a year it still looks great.

We plan to use Art. He provided a lot of suggestions to improve our plans for installing Travertine flooring. And provided a very competitive price. We have not started the projects yet due to a series of personal issues ---but he is definitely our baseline choice. He was highly reccommended by Bedrosian's

Art Marble and Tile are pretty good. We had a few complications with them but most of the time, it turned out pretty good. They did an excellent job on the tiling. The owner wasn't really sure about pricing. He would say one thing and then, later on, he would change his mind and ask for more money than what the initial bid was. He would come back and say he needed more money. He should have been more clear about the price at the beginning. I had a little trouble with the person who does their plumbing. We've had some leaks since then and we need to have some things redone. I don't think he is a licensed plumber, but his work was pretty good.

Art went to my home to give an estimate. He offered many good ideas. I was very impressed by his knowledge about countertop design. One of the main reason that I hired Art was because he allowed me to visit his customer's homes where he installed granite countertops. Once I saw the countertops he did for his customers, I was convinced that Art and his crew would do an excellent job for me. I am so glad that I was right. I bought two beautiful slabs which were bookmatched.

On day one, Art sent two men to demolish my tile countertop and picked up the two granite slabs from the slab yard. Art then went to my home to take the template. To get accurate measurements, template should be done after the old countertop is demolished.

On day two, I went Art's shop to work with Art to finalize the cuts. We decided to use the most beautiful piece of the slabs for the full backsplash over the cooktop. The cuts were made so that the grain movements of the slabs were continuous from one piece to the next. Art managed to reduce the number of seams to two. Both seams were away from the sink, the most used area in the kitchen.

On day three, Art and his crew worked on cutting the slabs and creating the 2 1/2and quot; OG bullnose edges. Art is the only company which creates the 2 1/2and quot; OG bullnose edges using 2 cm granite slabs.

On day four and five, Art and his crew spent two days installing the new countertop. They did an excellent job installing a huge piece of full backsplash under the cabinet over the cooktop area. The 2 1/2and quot; OG bullnose edges look beautiful. Rafael, Art's top edge guy did a good job of smoothing the two seams. Art widened the captop for the pony wall which looks gorgeous.

The new countertop looks fantastic. We have been getting bids for replacing the kitchen floor, the floors of 3 bathrooms and laundry room. Every contractor who saw the countertop was very impressed. They all asked who installed the countertop for us. My wife and I recommend Art Marble and Tile highly.

I got him through Angie's List. He did a good job putting the marble in and it's beautiful, but the problem is that there were all these spots that ended up on it. He came out to look at them and didn't know what to do. We've left numerous messages but he's never responded back. We've had a problem with the strange spots and he just hasn't dealt with it; so we are a bit upset because we've called him a numerous times. He can't explain what they are or what we can do about it. Initially, he was very good and did a very nice job. He was on time and everything was fine, but once we ran into a problem, he disappeared.

Art Mand T was one of the firms that gave us an estimate. Art was highly professional and responsive, and his price was competitive, so we chose his firm. Once the granite was purchased he arranged everything. Art and his crew were prompt, and they were fun to work with. The fabrication was outstanding and the installation including two undermount sinks was flawless. We were very satisfied and plan on using Art again when we remodel a bathroom.

Excellent! Delivered and installed counters ahead of schedule. Beautiful fabrication! Seams are invisible, and very efficient use of the slabs. Highly recommended.
