Agape Waters Plumbing

I found Agape Waters via Yelp and his reviews were excellent. I emailed him at 10pm on Friday evening and he responded immediately. He came on the following morning first thing and gave us a quote. We checked and his was by far the best price and he returned Sunday morning and we had hot water before noon. His attention to detail and quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend Agape Waters for tankless water heaters.

Freddie installed a new water filtration system that has already saved us more than the purchase price from bottled water that we were having delivered.  Many months later it was taking longer to fill we called Freddie, he walked us through cleaning one of the filters flow was back to normal, no charge!

My initial meetings with Freddie were very informative. He communicated well and let me know what to expect. We worked out many of the details of the project and I was convinced that Freddie had plenty of experience and was capable. I was not disappointed at any point of the 9 days it took to complete the bathroom.
Our house is small and the bathroom was our only one.  Despite renting a porta-potty, our family was not very comfortable without our bathroom. Freddie was extremely accommodating and did everything in his power to keep to a schedule that allowed us to live and work together and deal with the upheaval. He is a very easy-going and organized person. I think these qualities help make the job go smoothly. I had never undertaken such a large home project before, and it was great to have Freddie take care of it for us. I will hire him again the next time I am ready for another home upgrade.

There was an initial inspection and a lot of communication about what was to be done and then more communication during the job.  Just so you know, this company came highly referred from a trusted contractor so the entire job had to be done without me being present. They were given keys and all the work was done without me present. Then when I came to do the final inspection, I was given a tour of the work.  There were no misunderstandings.  Everything done was approved and got the result of hot water coming out of the shower on the top floor in a fraction of the normal time.   

Freddie was fantastic to work with from choosing the best system at the best price.  His attention to detail was great.  He left the house clean and tidy!

I made an appt. and Freddie showed up on time and ready to work.  The installation was done quickly and very professionally.  I would use him again and would highly recommend him to everyone, including my relatives!

Freddy...what a pleasant man. He came out on a Monday and by Tuesday I had my Noritz tankless water heater installed. What a space saver and not to mention an energy saver. Freddy is an expert in Tankless water heaters, water filtration systems and recirculation pumps. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. You will have no regrets. Best investment ever.

We woke up to find a hemorrhaging water tank this morning, and though I called a larger concern initially, a close friend recommended Freddie.  I called him, found he was more than competitive, and would be able to handle the problem immediately, so I cancelled the work order with the other company and Freddie took care of business.  
Great workmanship, professional and friendly service, I recommend Freddie Salas highly.

Stay away from Agape Waters.  There are other companies to choose from.  I had asked him to leave my house because of inappropriate behavior. He refused to read instructions on how to install shower pan/walls.  He yelled at me in front of my tenants. I paid them for the time they had worked.  I have to do further work since he was unable to do the job right the first time.  When he left, he said he would call to finish the work correctly and he never did. I also receive a legitimate receipt from him and it wasn't marked paid. It was also missing his license number and he refused to write on the receipt.
