Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
This company treated my family extremely poorly and has refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of putting the customer first, the owner has repeatedly made excuses and even changed his story. It's disappointing and unprofessional to see a business operate this way. For example, the owner claimed his team never recommended certain products for us, and even stated: "the product is sold online, is designed for indoor garage floors only, and is not appropriate for outdoor surfaces." If that's true, why would his own team install the product outdoors on our front door patio? The explanation simply doesn't make sense and feels like an excuse to avoid accountability. His team showed us photos of what products to buy and told us to purchase them. I almost tripped and fell on numerous occasions, because of how slippery the epoxy was. He also denied ever having violations or suspensions, but l attached photos from the CSLB after we submitted paperwork.STAY AWAY!
