My initial contact attempt to A San Elijo Locksmith was via their web site contact form but it didn't work so I called. The owner, Bill, answered and apologized about the contact for an said he would look into it.

We found a date and time that worked for my appointment - it was exactly what I needed so was super happy about that.

Bill was literally driving up the road in front of me when I showed up at the job site - right on time. I asked to see his driver's license and he provided it without question. (I had already done my research on http://www.bsis.ca.gov/ so I knew he was legit.)

Bill's very down to earth and personable. I showed him exactly what needed to be done and he got right to work. He explained a little about my locks assuring me that they were excellent quality (even though they are old) and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He got the job done in the time he said it would take and was quick and efficient while being completely low key and friendly.

We swapped the 15% Angie's List coupon ($2.24 value for my job) for the strike plate.

Arrived as scheduled, within 2 hours of call.  Quickly and professionally repaired door latch, reasonable fee as quoted on the phone.  

Mr. Gray arrived on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the situation and offered several solutions. He guided me to the most economical solution. He. Performed all work in a timely fashion and made sure that everything worked properly before he left.

All work that was agreed upon was performed without flaw. Highly recommend!
