Our attention to detail and eye for design ensure an enjoyable design experience - and a fabulous result for residential and commercial customers. We’ve been providing custom picture framing and art restoration from our San Marcos, California location since 1989, earning a reputation for unmatched quality and craftsmanship. We have passion for what we do, and high-tech equipment like a $15,000 saw and $25,000 C&C machine that make perfect cuts for mats and frames. All work is done on premises. Think all framers are the same? Our team will show you the difference true artistry and expertise make when you entrust your prized artwork to us. We make picture framing easy and affordable. A Frame of Art only uses acid free mounting and matting materials. Various types of glass and plexiglass are available, including regular or non-glare, UV protective, and museum quality glass. There are literally hundreds of picture frames and matt board samples displayed. Choose from maple, oak, cherry, walnut, Koa, laminated, veneers, inlays, aluminum all with many profiles, shapes and finishes. Some are stained, lacquered or natural, others come in many variations of gold, silver or bronze. If you can't find what you're looking for on our walls, and you have the time, there are thousands more to look at in the catalogs. We are also able to match almost any frame out there.
