I had a great experience with them. When It came time to pick up the unit, it was impossible to arrange it. The manager, David, wouldn't even come on the phone. He spoke through his employee Shannon. They were in sales. The sales team was fine to talk to me when I was giving them thousands of dollars. But when I need them to stop charging, you can't reach anyone. They're a typical company whose attitude is: "We will do everything we can to get your business but nothing to keep it." It's telling when you call sales and get a person right away. You call service and it's over an hour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are too many other choices.

They were wonderful.  The customer service is incredibly good.  Their price is very competitive; although it was expensive, I’d give them an A because that’s what those things cost.  I absolutely would use them again and  I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The price is very reasonable and competitive. They bring a container to your house and you load it up. They ship it to your new home and unload it. They put the container wherever you want it.
