Tom Conrad was easy to work with. He came when he said he would and worked almost everyday on our project until it was complete. The staircase turned out beautifully. Tom's prices were fair and reasonable. We are very happy we chose Conrad Construction to do our remodel.

He was very knowledgeable. He changed the color of woodwork on entire staircase and replaced all banisters to staircase black rod iron making them more traditional looking. He did very good protective draping of the rest of the house he was very careful and patient. I would use him again. He was also very honest!
