We highly recommend Xchange Solutions, specifically Kevin Hereford, for the high level of expertise and professionalism he demonstrated during our recent 3-way Reverse1031 Exchange. Kevin has many, many years of experience in the field, including writing the ultimate resource book on Exchanges. In our case, the Reverse Exchange was done remotely, by phone and computer with the escrow companies. Our experience from the begininning to end was one of excellent customer service and attention to detail. Kevin spent considerable effort educating one particular escrow officer on the rules and regs because she put us in jeopardy of losing the 1031 status a couple of times. When dealing with the IRS, attention to detail is extremely important, and this is a company that you can trust to get it right.  Kevin and his capable assistant "the other Kevin", responded to all our phone calls, emails and other inquiries promptly, efficiently and patiently. Oh, and did we mention that he does all this at a much lower fee than the other exchange companies we contacted?  He truly knows what he is doing and does not take advantage of the customer. We did not include the price we paid as their services start as low as 500.00 and increase depending on the complexity of the Exchange(s).
