They are good. They are reliable and prompt. They are a little high priced. They charged me an astronomical amount for the gutters because they have to have insurance on their employees. They did a good job.

They were on time, professional, and had our new heater up and running with just the two scheduled visits. I will certainly use them again when we are ready to have our air conditioner replaced.
I would like to add that we received a call telling us that they would like to come out and take care of a scheduled inspection and service of our air-conditioner. I told them that I hadn't scheduled that and was then informed that it was complimentary. I scheduled a 7am appointment so that I could leave for work on time. The Tech showed up on time, inspected, cleaned, and serviced our air-conditioner within the time frame that was promised. I was able to get to work on time and the air conditioner is working wonderfully. I have seen a couple of reviews that state they are a bit high priced but I find that you truly get what you pay for. Our heater was wonderful this last winter and the complimentary cleaning and servicing of our air conditioner was just an added bonus. Once again I would very highly recommend them.
Feb-2016 New update for this wonderful company. We had a complimentary heater inspection and check-up and once again they were able to accommodate my work schedule. They came out early, checked and cleaned, replaced the filter, and got done in time for me to head off to work. They are very professional and I appreciate that. Thanks again Wightons.

I scheduled bids from four separate companies on four consecutive days. Wighton's was scheduled to be at my house at 9 AM on 06-11-2014. 9 AM came and went with no phone calls. At 9:40 AM, I received a phone call from the person that was supposed to have already been at my house. He related that he was sick, and he thought that he had let his supervisor know the day prior that he would not be in for work the following day. He said that he must not have actually made that notification, and he was now wanting to reschedule our appointment. I was not able to reschedule, nor did I want to. I scheduled all of my bids on days off or hours around work. This job is not wanted, but it is being required by the county for an addition that is being completed. In order to pay for the unexpected upgrade, I am having to work 7 days a week for an unknown duration. Calling 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment to reschedule was unacceptable. If you cannot show up for a bid, or at least call prior to the scheduled time, it shows me a lack of professionalism. I have better things to do than to wait around for someone that is not going to show up. Are they going to show up for the work when they say they are going to be there???? Or, would I just be strung along???

Did a good job and very clean (wore boots, wiped up area, etc) while working on furnace. My only complaint was trying to sell me a annual contract for service after I said I didn't want it. He kept pushing for it.

It went well. However, after they left I noticed a humming noise that I knew I could not live with. They came out the day after we called them about it, and replaced the transformer. We paid for the part, but thankfully they did not charge us to come out to our house again.

Called the day after Christmas and they said someone was in my area and could be at my home within the hour. Paul showed up in about 30 minutes and diagnosed both my furnace problems and fixed them. Very professional service. I'm very satisfied. Thanks Paul and Wighton's!

This was done to remove dust and odor coming from heating system which seems to be drawn from the air in the attic. Dust was improved but odor is still a problem. I will meet with them again this winter to work on further reducing the odor.

The job took them about a week and they were fantastic. They were very conscientious, easy to get in touch with and communicate with. They were very clean. They wore booties in our house and coveralls. The project manager always check up on the crew and made sure that the work was going well.

The furnace is still here and the A/C is all new. They were excellent. They were always on time. They cleaned up everyday after themselves. They explain fully why they were doing whatever they were suggesting. They never tried to pressure me into more than what I absolutely needed. They gave me options on how to set something up. I went for the more expensive option because it was more convenient where we are located. The price was comparable to the work they did. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

I was very happy with their service. Wished I would have took the time to pour a cement pad for the condensing unit though because I'm not convinced the cheap looking foam pad is going to last that it is setting on. Courteous and professional servicemen and I would use them again.
