We couldn't be happier with Wicks Roofing & Solar. From the start of the process with Mason Stanley, who quickly gave us an estimate after explaining every detail of the Tesla Battery Backup system. Jose Lopez arrived to install the Tesla Battery. He was very friendly, courteous, did a beautiful installation job. Explained the next process and the area was spotless when he finished. Michael Highnote then arrived to put the final touches to the Battery and met with the PGE inspector, who signed the approval. Michael set up our phones to the system, explained every aspect of the battery operation. Through this process, Michelle Caramadre, project mgr, provided information and support throughout the proccess. She was on top of each step and very professional. So, All these people did a great job. They immediately responded to all our questions and concerns.
