They are nice people to work with and they have got great properties. They provide construction as well as maintenance. They are on it all the time. There are a very few property management companies, but they are really good. They do all types of work and they have a construction guy that works for them. Other than that they are terrific. They are on it when we call them. They have commercial properties, rental properties and they are on all the time. I feel that their price is very fair. I would use their services in the future as well.
