Do not use Vintage if you are wanting your car back in any reasonable amount of time. Vintage had my car for 76 days and returned it with the repairs still incomplete. Every step of the way, Vintage was dishonest about the state of my vehicle and the time remaining of repairs. I selected Vintage over other shops because they said they were less busy than average and would be able to get started on my car right away, but they moved at a glacial pace. See attached picture of my vehicle after 30 days of being at Vintage. It still hasn't even been fully disassembled at this point! It does not take 30 days to do a teardown. The repair actually took so long that the insurance refused to pay for the rental because they said it was too long for the scope of work that was being done. Luckily the insurance finally paid the rental, but it was a huge hassle. When the car was returned, the sunroof was still broken even though I mentioned that when I dropped my car off. I had to get the dealer to fix it. Vintage also broke the driver and passenger seats while they repaired the active head restraint in the headrest. It was a whole new nightmare getting the insurance to pay for that one. Overall, this was one of the most disasterous experiences I have ever seen as a customer. I talked to Rob the owner a couple times during the repair and he was totally unapologetic and unwilling to compromise on price or any other kind of compensation for the awful experience. Do not take your car here. ​
