He is very good. He is punctual and does excellent work

He does a great job everytime he does something for us.  He can put down a floor.  He can paint inside and out.  He even set up HDTVs.  He has built an entire new fence for us.  He has put in a French drain, so he is somebody who is very very good.  His price was far less than what most others were charging.  There was a lot of furniture.  Instead of having somebody else or us move the furniture, he moved all the furniture, put the whole flooring thing down, and then put the furniture back.  Apart from that, he was the one who upon talking to us adjusted the type of floor coverings which we checked out and agreed.  He has a kind of a creative eye as well as just a very fine way of doing things.  He is extremely punctual.  He appears when he says he will, but he is also busy.  Sometimes, we have to wait for him.  If we need to, we will use him again in the future.  We have another project that we are thinking about.
