Steinar did an exceptionally good job.  We had purchased the ceiling fans from a lighting shop.  He picked up the fans from the shop and installed them.  Shortly after he had left we noticed that the fan remote controls were not working properly.  Steinar returned to find that the problems were due to faulty connectors in the factory installed wiring in the fan assembly.  He corrected these faulty connectors and then noted that we were getting a lot of movement from one fan at high speed operation.  Steinar discovered a faulty fan blade mount provided by the factory.  He obtained replacements to all the fan blade mounts to completely correct the wobbley fan operation.  Both of these sets of corrections were made with no charge to us (I did pay him for some of his time since none of the problems were his fault).  When Steinar was installing the fans he noted that wiring was available in our ceiling that would support the 2 new can lights.  The price that he quoted was reasonable and we had him do this installation.  Steinar then noted that I could easily change out my existing incandescent can type flood lights with LED lights.  Since the lights were very high up I elected to have Steinar furnish and install these 6 retrofit lighting units.   All his work was of very high quality and fairly priced.
