Responded within ½ hour to the emergency. Fixed the toilet issue. It happened again, 2 weeks later. They responded quickly and found an additional problem that they had not discovered before. It was scary to be so flooded, but they solved it. Very nice to deal with.

Our first appointment, the gentleman arrived 30 minutes late - our day was already packed with back to back appointments so we had to reschedule. Terry came for the following two appointments - and he's very punctual! He listened carefully to our list of plumbing concerns, then went straight to work. He's knowledgable, personable and very professional. We still have some additional work to be done and are looking forward to having Terry back in the near future. We would highly recommend!

Smee's Plumbing came out and give me a price on a new one. I've had him for years. He is very good, he is very wonderful. I can not compare his prices, because I never had anybody else.
