Poor customer service. I’ve called 4 times and left messages for the technician manager to return my call because of a gross overcharge on the last service visit. No response!!!! Beware, very shady company!

TAKE NOTE, THERE IS NO OFFICE AND NO ONE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THEY ONLY HAVE AN ANSWERING SERVICE WHICH DOES NOTHING MORE THAN FORWARD EMAILS. This company's customer service is terrible. They are quick to come out and take your money, and lock you into a contract so you are stuck with them, but follow through is not their strong suit. I have had to step in and help my elderly parents after a month of phone calls from my parents have gone unanswered from Smart 72. They tacked on ridiculous charges to my parents bill and couldn't even provide a reason why initially. Smart 72 installed this new AC unit only a couple of years ago, which was supposed to be a great thing, not so much now with summer approaching and my parents AC is broken and their month long effort to get it repaired has been met with nothing more than radio silence.

Very unhappy. Used this contractor to install a furnace. First, they sent the paperwork for the permit to the wrong address, and so when I finally noticed I had to pay $500 to renew it. Then I was looking for where to replace the filter, I realized it didn't have a filter unit. It was supposed to be part of the original installation. However, because it had been almost two years, then only gave me a small discount. Very very unhappy.

Ducting Repair: 4 appointments were needed to cover installation. One to do first consultation and price quote. Two to start doing installation, which stopped because communication in company was inconsistent with first consultation. Three to install ducting. Four to fix multiple errors in ducting. Solar Consultation: 3 appointments with sales rep. Each one put more of a bad taste in our mouth, and we went with a different company. Jeff, the sales person, was condescending, uppity, and really one of the worst sales people I've ever dealt with.

Certain parts were good, and certain parts were not. The workman were very good. I thought that the guy that sold it to us originally, misled us. He gave us a rosier picture, and some things didn't really apply to my account.

I think it was mainly to get me to set up a yearly maintenance agreement with them. He never did come back with the filter. Did not complete that. After he left within 2 days I had to call my warranty company because my heater was no longer working. Come to find out when the guy originally came out, which he did not plug in one of things all the way. So when it came in it shook it loose. So I ended up having to pay my warranty company to come out and plug it back in. I wasn't all that happy. You get what you pay for. I thought $35 was relatively cheap. I thought all I needed was the filter changed really, and he didn't even do that. I won't be using this company again. They came out within the same week that I bought the deal. He was very nice and punctual. The price was really great, but there again, you get what you pay for. I had another company out that I had purchased before and they did a fantastic job. I should have went back with that company. He was very responsive. I just won't use them.

My sweet grand daughter used this company and enjoyed the service so much that she referred them to me, l called and was scheduled for the next morning! Very prompt and thorough service. My technician Miguel was very polite and informative, would definitely recommend them to any one and will be using them again!

It went perfectly.
