Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Repair
Trace was fantastic. He was not just a brick layer, but I considered him to be a real CRAFTSMAN! I watched him as he worked and he was very particular about the little things - mortar consistency, brick alignment, clean up, etc. And, importantly, he underbid other contractors. I was very glad I hired him.

Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
This project was awarded to a contractor that I believed to be of good caliber. I was 100% wrong. Despite stating in contract regarding so called progress payments were to be 3 it more like 6. The company was not financially stable. He need cash at every step. This was after I paid for 90% of the materials. The man cannot handle his time lines! Would show at 11 in the morning any that was a good day. As far as workmanship it was mediocre at best. Over ordering materials such as pavers and veneer stone

Trace going to start on Wednesday rescheduled at the last minute for the following day showed up at 10 am had to leave at 1 pm. Bricks were NOT square or plum. Grout lines were not consistent. When we pointed that out to him he cussed us flipped us off and did a burn out in our driveway, he is not a mason

We paid the contractor in increments as the job progressed. We paid the vendors for the rock and Air Block direct after Chase set everything up. He showed up every day. Mostly afternoons. The project took 3 weeks as project. The wall looks nice.

Trace and I had a small disagreement early on but in subsequent texts and emails, I found him to be extremely kind and polite. He is a true gentleman and very respectful. I could go on and on about his manners and the way he treats others. A real gem of a person.
