Mr. McCloskey has a huge email list advertising his services, art showings, says he is providing 10% of sales to non profit organizations, such as Sierra Club, etc. and loves to create havoc with people, especially women, that requests to be taken off his email list. I am a victim. He does not collect tax,has no business license, or sales permit and barters his art/work for services, from cutting hair to legal services. He does get personal and asks personal questions to vulnerable woman, carries on with email exchange, and has tried to request woman to take pictures of their personal body parts. Mr. McCloskey is a womanizer and then treats them with sexual harassment, and threats. Mr. McCloskey uses his services as an avenue to get inside the house of woman, then riffles through belongings. He has taken video cords, headsets, SD cards, books, and images, and laughs because he invites himself over for dinner to women's homes, then plays "coy". If he feels threatened that his "name" maybe tainted in any way, he quickly paints himself as the victim. It took a week to have him return my scanner, that he now claims was a gift to him, after paying services. McCloskey is very paranoid, and traded some of his photography for legal services to have images copyrighted.McCloskey was nervous that I might have a "toy boy" around, and even stalked me to see if there were men in my life. However, he has my images, my parent's travel images, and other people's images and has the ability and intestinal fortitude to watermark these images. McCloskey laughs, because he states he has no money, so he can't be sued. McCloskey had his photopaintings on display at the Clark Center in Arroyo Grande, he barters with one of the women that works at the Tribune to put plugs in for him in the newspaper for free advertising, he does the same with the New Times, under the Clark Center, and for more information about the Clark Center to contact him. McCloskey solicits his artwork at the non profit organization, then sends on his email list that there is open house to view his hangings. He again collected no tax and no 10% went to the Clark Center. A docent at the Clark Center complained about him soliciting his art/work; he went to the President of the City Council and complained about how he was isolated and harassed. Using the tactic of the best defense is offense. SkyWest airways asked to put one of his photos on the cover of their magazines, he said yes, then argued with the women that they put the wrong image on the cover, threatening the editor. As recourse, SkyWest magazine offered an advertisement worth $1500 for his inconvenience, and he laughs at how stupid the woman was, but got his free plug I feel McCloskey is the ultimate scam/artist and an Internet preditor. McCloskey scares me, and has become extremely hostile towards me, and shared stories about how he will get even with other women in his life?
