I used them before and I think they are horrible. The floor looks okay but they really messed up with the first floor. They had the floor in and really messed it up so they said, "Okay, we won't charge you for what we did on this and let the new contractor replace the floor," and they did all that but they ended up charging me double and I paid it all. I thought they were big reputable company. They were punctual.

Sandy Clark is an incredible organizer and really fun to be around. She arranged and followed up with everything. She also followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was done. Her follow though and attention to detail are admirable.
