He ended up doing some extra work to make it all work correctly and didn't charge me any extra.
Kevin was very easy to work with. I emailed when I found them on Angie's
List and they answered me promptly. None of the others responded to my
email. I did find another company that was a little bit less expensive,
but he was difficult to get in contact with and then wasn't available on
Saturday.

The guy came out on time, change the 5 locks to all be on as few keys as possible, just like we asked. The only problem was that the first time we called Pacific Locksmiths, and thought we scheduled someone to come out, they didn't actually schedule anyone. The second time we called, they did send someone, and it went great.

These guys-and gals-know locks in autos-homes-boats and more-would recommend them and ONLY use them unless they are booked up and cannot do same day service-which is RARE.

The locksmith was slightly late as he had been sent to a vehicle lockout prior to our appointment. He called before our appointment time and let me know that he was to be delayed. The locks at our house are high-end and required special knowledge regarding how to disassemble and rekey. The job took longer than I had expected; but he stuck to the original estimate. The locksmith was knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I tried to fix the lock my self and decimated it. He came out immediately did and great job. There was one small issue next day and he was right out. No extra charge. Very happy with skill and knowledge. Also really the only place in MB to get a good key made.
