Very good. Spots have not returned as with other companies. Drying time was very much faster (1 day vs. 5 days).

I had the worse experience with Oxi Fresh. They have cost me thousands
of dollars to get my carpet replaced. I would not recommend Oxi Fresh to anyone.

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning actually did a good job, but after a week it started smelling kind of moldy in the room so we called them up and they're coming back to check it out. I asked them if I had to do anything after they cleaned them and they said, "No, we use so less moisture that it would dry within one hour and I don't have to do nothing." Now it's starting to smell kind of moldy and I'm afraid they used too much moisture and it's spongy underneath the carpet, which I don't know what happened, and they're coming back on Friday to check it out. They cleaned the carpets well and they rated me higher than they actually charged me.

I had just put in new rugs less than a year ago, and they did a really good job. They were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I called OxiFresh over the weekend. My house is now listed For Sale - and my carpets needed a touch up cleaning. Mr. Wisener has cleaned my carpets on several occasions - and has always done an excellent job. This time - it was a "touch up" job - he responded quickly - and did an amazing job.
