He was very thorough. He explained to me what the issues were and helped me resolve them. He didn't charge me for this extra sort of advice and I paid and did some other things. He is a very nice guy. They were very quick about it and did quick stuff.

Previously, we had a different company perform repair work on that same spot. When it started to give us trouble again, we called Nieporte Roofing. They came out and assessed what needed to be done. We've had no problems with the roof since they completed their work.
