We were recommended this agent and this agency by a very close and fond person. The experience we went through was so painful and so stressful, I would never recommend this to anyone. We provided all the details of what we wanted to purchase, but it seemed we were doing all the leg work. Often we found ourselves providing listings verses the agent being proactive and finding listings for us.
Our agent was extremely unprofessional. The agent would often show up for a showing dressed inappropriately, unbecoming of a professional agent, where clothes the agent wore did not fit, stained and often using clothing unwashed. In addition, our agent was often taking phone calls from their teenage children in the middle of discussing possible properties for purchase. Furthermore, our agent was often late and unable to stay long do to personal conflicts. This was during normal real-estate viewing days and times. When it came to writing proposals and contracts, there were many spelling errors that is was embarrassing to us have this agent represent us. These contracts had to be rewritten several times. When inspections had to be scheduled, there were times where the agent forget what inspections needed completion. Really, who does this when it's your business and livelihood? We got so sick of dealing with our agent, we asked for the owner of the real-estate business to take her place due to incompetence. I tell you, working with the owner was not any better.
The owner made the situation buying the house even more stressful. This owner has no clue how to run a business nor does the owner employ competent employees. I truly believe we could have done a better job then what we were represented with.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are recommended this agency or simply reading their reviews, go find a more professional agency to represent you.
