The General Contractor, Jeff Theisen, listened to our needs and addressed them in every way.  We had several bids from other reputable contractors in the San Luis Obispo area, but Jeff was unique in having listened to the special considerations we had for changing the existing decks, and providing a bid that recognized that future vision.  His working teams were great, and led by the foreman Frank, provided timely and high quality service throughout the engagement.  A sign of good professionals, the onsite work crew was good every evening at cleaning up the worksite, which kept a safe backyard for us and a safe worksite for them.  There was extensive work requiring several weeks, that involved with removal and replacement of roofing fascia from high elevations on the house, as well as the extensive deckwork removal and rebuilding.  All work was completed to very high standards, and we would unquestionably use Mr. Theisen's company again on future projects.
