Of the three Auto Body shops we called for estimates they were the most professional and courteous.  Their estimate for the repairs was competitive with the other shops.  They placed several followup calls to explain the estimate and answer any questions we had.  After we choose them for the repairs they started work on the car promptly.  When they called us ahead of schedule to say the car was done they even offered to drop it off for us.  When we looked the car over we were impressed with the quality of the work.  The door looked new, shut great, and we were told that if we found anything that didn't fit just right after we took the car home we could bring it back and they would adjust it.  Instead of replacing the fender they were able to repair it and it looked pristine.  When we got to the bumper we realized that it had not been repaired per the estimate.  They acknowledged the mistake, apologized and went about repairing it.  The car was finished on schedule per the original estimate and everything checked out.  Test drove the car after the repairs and everything functions like it did before it was damaged.
