The first Idler’s Home store was opened in San Luis Obispo, CA by Bud Idler in 1954. The family tradition of great customer service has continued for over 60 years. Today, Idler's has 4 stores covering the Central Coast of California with over 70 employees to serve you. He acted very capably as the liaison on our behalf with the contractor--and this was included from the outset of our project. When a few odd things inevitably occurred on a project like this, Chris was proactive in correcting them.
We could have gone with others that we researched--and likely saved a bit--but the total experience of working though Idler's on this project resulted in a truly wonderful renovated space in our home we enjoy every day.
The installers, Marco and Daniel, worked very hard to do a proper install even in the face of the usual set of problems that occur in a kitchen remodel.
I tried to use local businesses for my purchase but they did not have a show room and knowledgeable sales personnel. I was very pleased with my Idler's experience.
