Description of Work: I ordered a counter top and a fridge. The fridge delivered in September, 1 month and 29 days later the handle on the fridge broke. I call fridgedaire they said it was Home Depots responsibility. I called Home Depot and they said it was their 3rd party delivery and they werent responsible. I contacted the sales person several times. The handle was broken because someone tightened the screws on the plastic handle which also cracked the door. The sales person said she had someone who could expediate the issue. Its Dec 7, I've called the repairman several time no word. no help.No word from the salesperson or her expediator . I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY. NO WORD. I also ordered a counter top, and went all the way to Fresno to choose the slab of granite. Samples are not the same as the slabs available. So I changed my mind about granite and decided to go with another product they had. I have a HD builders loan and have been paying each month on a job that hasnt begun. I found a product that would do but they raised the price on me $2000. I will be canceling this work and promise I will never buy from HD again.

 + -1 moreI worked with a wonderful designer for the laundry room. I stacked a washer and a dryer (previously not that way) with side panels, and I added upper and lower cabinets. I spent several hours with her. Once drawn out, she made me review the drawings with my contractor to verify measurements. She did a much more professional job than the person who designed my kitchen and I paid him $1,000 for cabinets that measured short. I used Kraft Maid for the laundry room and are good quality. Everything fits as provided on the drawings when installed. Even if I decided not to use them for my cabinets, I would certainly consider paying the $99 for a professional to measure out the area to be remodeled. I got a good understanding of what was important in the design process.

 + 0 moreI love them. They didn't do the work; I just bought the product there. I had a contractor who did all the work. They contracted for the granite through them, but it's a separate company. They didn't really deliver. We ordered the cabinets from them and they were delivered to our house from the company. The gal there did actually help me design the kitchen. She was really good. We did it in a day. I got $10000 with a discount. It was outrageous. With regard to price, I think it's good. Everything was on time. Their professionalism was fantastic. In fact, I wrote a letter of recommendation to the store manager.
Description of Work: I bought a brand new kitchen from Home Depot Inc. I got everything from them including granite countertops and cabinets.

Description of Work: I'm starting to get a bad feeling about Home Depot. The quote we received for dark colored vinyl windows seemed way too high. Indeed, after getting other quotes we found that not only was the quote way too high, but we had also been given some misinformation. The guy seemed honest enough, but he had told us that the darker the color of vinyl, the higher the price. He quote us $3,000 for dark brown vinyl windows that we were able to get elsewhere for $1,700. A similar situation happened with a quote from one of Home Depot's subs for plantation shutters. We won't be getting those from Home Depot either - simply outrageous! On a positive note, the SLO Home Depot has a gentleman in their bathroom/kitchen design area named Charlie who is awesome and very customer oriented. He worked with us on redesigning our kitchen and he was amazing! We will definitely be getting some of our appliances from that store mostly because of Charlie!

 + -1 moreIt's a big company. They did a great job. They were fabulous in and out. They called me and told me when they were going to come. They told me it would be in between certain hours. They did a good job. I got a good price and they delivered it when they said they were going to deliver it. It's a good product. On the delivery they were professional, but in the store it's a little hard to find somebody sometimes to help people and when they do get somebody they don't always know what they are talking about and that's a little lower.
Description of Work: I had an appliance, LG refrigerator delivered yesterday from Home Depot INC.
