Very professional. Very personable. Knew his stuff. Showed up less than an hour after I called. As of now, he's our go-to plumber.

Responded promptly to my call and came after hours to provide a quote. Came next morning as promised and worked straight for three hours to complete the work. Answered my questions along the way. Very fine job and we would certainly use his services again.

Did the job. A little pricey, but who knows with plumbers?

We are still in the process - drywall is being removed - Brian will replace water heater and will come back out to remove, install again once the project of the drywall is completed. I appreciate the professionalism that Brian has in dealing with us and even the other service provider. I will update when the entire project is completed.

I called Brian, at Hoffman Family Plumbing, on a SUNDAY! Everyone knows
you don't call a plumber on Sunday, unless you have more $ than sense! I
had no choice in the matter this time. My tenants informed me that when
they took a sower, water was over flowing from the toilet! Yikes, not a
good sign! So, I found Hoffman Family Plumbing and made the call!
Brian listened to my situation and quoted me a price of $189.00! Incredible,
as far as I was concerned! A plumber on a Sunday, in an emergency, and
the quote was less than $200! I figured things would probably change
when he came over, but I wasn't in a position to quibble!
Sure enough, Brian arrived early (after calling and letting me know), fixed
the problem, explained the situation and charged me exactly what he
quoted! Incredible!
I'm not hoping for any more plumbing problems soon but if they arise, I will call Brian!

It went very well. He showed up on time and did the job. No muss no fuss. Brian is s good plumber. Not sure how good a value since we did not get competing quotes but it seemed reasonable.

We had a leak at our water heater a couple years ago and were referred to Hoffmann Family Plumbing through my wife's sister. Brian was at our house within an hour of calling him and to our surprise was able to fix the leak without replacing the water heater. Because we had very old metal piping for our water lines we had him give us an estimate to replace them with new plastic pipes. After some thought we decided that the price was right and it was something that needed to be done so we had him and his brother do the work. They were very clean and efficient throughout the process, the work was done within two days and now it's one less thing to worry about when we go out of town. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for a good plumber.
