Great place to find exactly what you want with great service. Contractor recommended. They know all the little parts you need when you order something. Tim was great. Incredibly helpful and patient with me while I was there with my two young children. He showed me a number of options until we found the one that was just right. Everything came in the next day. When I called him for a specification sheet the plumber needed, he emailed it to me within the hour. This is not the place to go if you're looking for items on the cheap, but for me, the price was completely worth the product and the service I received.

We worked with Phil. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very accommodating to our concerns and inclinations.
Phil had great ideas, and did not try to oversell us on anything. We decided on what we wanted. He ordered it. We paid for it. It was delivered in a timely manner.
We will not hesitate to use Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery again.

Not cheap but good stuff. The sales people were nice and well-informed. They have a lot better selection than Ferguson in Santa Maria.
The big negative is their "free delivery". They were 3 hours late, would not deliver to an empty family room next to the kitchen, insisted on garage-only delivery and left all the appliances on pallets. Nowhere that I could find in the paperwork did it say "garage delivery on pallets".
I will not ever do business with them again.

A contractor recommended I check out Ferguson's which is located near the airport and not in an obvious location. When I first walked in and browsed through their extensive showroom I was shocked at the prices of the items on display. I knew I couldn't afford to complete my remodel with the prices I was seeing. But I had made an appointment to see a sales consultant - Carol Jean - so I met her and explained that the prices were beyond my budget.

Fortunately I had done a lot of pricing research, on-line, Sears, Home Depot, Best Buy, Idler's, etc so I had an idea of what I wanted and approximately what I could spend for each item. I even had my contractor's budget for the kitchen items which was higher than I wanted to spend but he assured me that I would have to spend that much to get a decent result.

Carol reassured me that the prices on display were not the only available options and she 'rolled up her sleeves' and went through her catalogs and worked her computer magic and printed the specs for most of the items I needed and wanted at less than my contractor's budget. I took the details home to see if everything would work for him, and they would, so I was on my way back a few days later to order everything, when I stopped at Idler's due to a sale. There I found another frig and stove that I liked which cost less than my original choice at Ferguson's. I shared the info with Carol and she was able to match the items and cost so I ordered everything that day and the total was still $2000 less than my original budget. I was very pleased

When it was time to order fixtures for the bathroom I did my research then went to Carol and she beat even the Home Depot price for the toilets I wanted (which would have been a special order at HD). For over 3 months I worked with Carol as I continued through our remodel and I have never been so satisfied for such major purchases ever. There was no problem with anything - nothing came broken or damaged, she was always responsive to my calls, kept me apprised of the status of certain items, and was so easy to work with. I would recommend the company, and her particularly, very highly.
Buying almost everything I needed from one place, rather than 10 different websites, companies, or stores was such a convenience and made it easier to keep track of everything, and only one call to ask questions, rather than several, and of course I saved money.
