He has done this to so many people. He always says he is going to county and then he doesn't. He promises and he doesn't come through. It has taken 14 months and we still don't have a building permit. He is expensive, I paid him $26,000 and have nothing to show for it. I do have a house designed but he was supposed to get us the permit long ago. For six months I emailed him and called him and he never responded.
