Overall,the work that Blake and his foreman,Travis did looks good and appears professional. We love the dimmable light output and we appreciate the lighting solution they suggested for the utility room. What I had to go through to get the job done is why I would not hire the business,Corefficiency again. Blake and Travis were very polite,easy to work with, professional men while on the job. Prior to the job,Blake seemed to have difficulty following up with communication responsibilities.We weren't hearing from him and were at the point thinking that he was just blowing us off,leaving us hanging. When I would call,he would come up with excuses that would put off our project until finally I had enough. He eventually convinced me that he wanted to do the job. The date was set (again) and the job accomplished.

My existing whole house fan was installed in 1994. It was a large two speed fan similar in design to a ceiling fan with a rigid mount in the attic. Core Efficiency, represented by Blake Coffey had to remove the old fan which had an opening in the ceiling of 32"x32", along with a custom plenum to accommodate the attic rafters. Blake did an outstanding job of removal. He then installed our new fan in a very timely manner. The new fan only required an opening of 32"x16". Arrangements were made to fix the opening, the same day, left by the old fan. When Blake turned on the new fan, I asked him if everything was OK as I could not hear any sound. The old fan was very noisy even at low speed. Blake said that the new fan was running and everything was working fine. I couldn't believe how quite the new fan is! We could not run the old fan at night when it was bed time as the noise would interfere with our ability to sleep. We now run the new fan during bed time with no problem at all.
