The people at Caltech Computers are very good.. I have used them several times before this and am quite satisfied. In the past they solved a hard drive problem for me and recovered data. They know what they are doing. They are very busy and so it may not be possible to get "right now" service which is why some of my grades are "B" instead of "A".
