Overall Pam was very pleasant to deal with. I received and estimate and a project plan from her prior to her starting along with a date of completion. I explained to her that I was prepared to pay what she was estimating but that I was working with a budget. She was willing to use what we had and improve on it, all things I was both pleased and impressed with. We made a few adjustments like reducing the amount of plants, using our already existing grass, removing a tree( most of which was done by my husband) and increasing the space we request DG to be placed by several feet. No major changes that would cause the job to take an 2 extra weeks. The end result was disappointing. She never let me know when she was going over budget and the end result looks unfinished. The irrigation system she improved on had a leak that appeared to happen during instillation, the bender board she installed started popping out of place days after completion and the lawn is not level which was supposed to be a part of the plan and was included on one of the bills. I let Pam know my concerns and she did repair the bender board but only temporarily.


9/11/12 Update
I am responding to Pam's comment...Yes, we are new home owners but for the last 6 years I have done property management and I am comfortable in judging a job done well and not. I stand by my previous statement and I believe I was more than fair with my assessment. In regards to the payments every bill she gave me I handed her a payment the same day accept for the final payment that I mailed to her two days after she attempted to fix one of our concerns. To me it is black and white I have all he documentation and the backyard to back my words.

I am overall satisfied.
