About us
CalProClean provides roof and exterior cleaning to residential and commercial buildings throughout SLO County. We specialize in using a soft wash cleaning technology to remove mold, mildew and lichen from roofs and property that lie in the central coastal region(s). Gloeocapsa magma, a bacteria which is prevalent along the coastlines, is the cause of the darkened staining that occurs on roofs and buildings. We will wash it away, therefore making your roof and property much much brighter and lighter!
