Anna was able to add us to her cleaning schedule with 2 days notice. She called me when she could not get to our house at the time she had anticipated and was able to estimate that she would be about an hour late. When she and her crew arrived they were very courteous, and professional. They asked what was to be done and they did it. They used all their own products. Everything sparkled by the end, and our new tenants were extremely happy with the results. The bathrooms had not looked that clean in quite some time. They removed all built up soap scum and hard water deposits and got rid of stains I thought were permanent.

We were moving back into our house and they came and cleaned. The house was empty and they did the inside of the house. They did a fairly good job but overall I was not happy. They had to come back 3 times and they left the front door open. They charged more than I really thought I got. They charged more money than I got services. I was not completely happy. They came back 3 times not because there was something wrong but because they didn't finish. I wasn't even here and I was living somewhere else. Every time I spoke to her she would say we are almost done and they would have to come back. They were here 3 times and left the front door open one of the times and fortunately one of my neighbors came and saw it. I wasn't happy. They didn't refund any of the money and they denied keeping the front door open though they were the only ones who had a key and the only people who were here. They just seemed to think that I shouldn't have made an issue of it. I just wasn't happy. I was planning to have them come back and do a bi-monthly cleaning for me but after that I couldn't trust them. I tried to resolve it myself but then I later dropped it. I know Angie's List works on referrals and when my friends and colleagues asked me about Anna's I didn't recommend her.
