All In One Construction

I hired Dustin Evans of All In One Construction to do a major exterior renovation which they started in April of 2019. In July of 2019, it was obvious that the project was not being done to code and that the project was well over budget. When I asked to sit down with Dustin, he hired an attorney and I contacted the Contractors State Licensing Board. After a year of investigation that included the CSLB sending an Industry Expert to examine the work that Dustin performed, the CSLB informed me that it had "forwarded our investigation to the Office of the Attorney General with a recommendation that a formal "accusation" be prepared. This is the most serious enforcement action available to the CSLB." In his report, the Independent Expert hired by the CSLB concluded that 24 out of 25 areas that he investigated did not meet "acceptable trade standards". His comments included, "Six out of eight doors are out of square to the point that they have no further adjustment to enable correction," to "leaving behind a hazardous electrical wire and in no way terminating it per electrical code" to "there are many code violations present in addition to fire code violations" to "A complete disregard for safety and human life and failure to complete work." If you are considering hiring Dustin, ask for and read a copy of the 83 page document he received from the CSLB entitled "Items of Complaint and Findings by Expert."

We have used them years. They do an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
