They were resourceful (finding a way to repair a small plastic door part, rather than ordering a new one at considerable expense, for example) and there were no issues that required me to take the car back in. The estimate was detailed and in writing, and each task was explained to me in plain English. The job was done on time, with no surprises on cost. Plus, I got a ride to work and back while the car was being worked on. Overall, a great bunch.
P. S. The fact that Matt's Brake and Alignment is now a part of Absolute Auto Tech was also reassuring. I have done business at Matt's for many years, always with complete satisfaction.
