Very well; she was very professional. I was impressed that she wanted an initial interview so she could more accurately estimate the charges. She came on time with her own equipment for deep cleaning my kitchen floor (a Bissell electric brush floor cleaner AND a steam cleaner); she used both so the floor was really clean. She vacuumed (not swept) all areas including our spiral wooden staircase so the cat fur and dust was removed not just moved around! Altho she quoted me $250, after over 3 1/2 hours it was clear that she was doing such a thorough job that I gave her an addit $40.00.
