The actual on-site installation went okay. After the installation, I have had two problems. One, my water pressure is so low that it won't pop my sprinklers up in my backyard. Also, I have to keep going out to the unit and flipping the lever in order to have unfiltered water on my lawns and filtered water in my house. The owner said he needed to speak to the plumber and get back to me. He was very unprofessional on the phone, very disrespectful, and almost yelling at me. It's been well over a month and he has not called me back. I am in the process of hiring another company to fix these problems.
