The installation of their turf was flawless. Great crew and very hard working. Always left the area clean. Front office and owner were courteous, professional and very friendly. The owner came to the house personally to view our yard and answer questions. I would certainly recommend.

We had One Lawn install our front and backyard in June 22, 2015. The yards look the same as the day the were installed. Excellent customer service, we highly recommend purchasing One Lawn, for sure you won't regret it. Wonderful installation, all of the installers were so very professional. We have had our OneLawn synthetic grass for 5 years now and can't say enough about the quality and excellent customer service. We had both a lawn and putting green installed and they are still in the same condition as the day they were completed. Great customer service and the installers that came out were outstanding. We had an issue with a mole burrowing under the lawn. They sent a representative out and he did an excellent job on the repairs and even added sand to the putting green. Couldn't be happier.

The sales rep had all the materials that would be used and left with us the turf we selected. All questions were patiently answered; list work done in our neighborhood were given (and we checked on); licensed checked out and matched. The foreman and his crew of 3 men were very professional, polite and reassuring; laid out protective sheets and cleaned up after work was completed. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Installation was great but the warranty service was even better

The job was done quickly in one day. I had problems with the installation after about 9 months and One Lawn was quick to respond. They evaluated the problem and are in the process of making corrections.

A product that seems to be an innovation on the synthetic lawn market. My dogs were my primary reason for having this work done, so having the clean look of a manicured lawn along with the resilience of a resin that does not retain the urine smell was a huge plus for me. I did shop around and got quotes from their competitors but the product was what really sold me. They were also very competitively priced although the synthetic grass road is costly to begin with. The company did actually estimate higher than the other companies, but were able to match the competitors pricing with negotiations

Eric the sales person who came to my home very professional/friendly. Straight forward, NO horse manure. Had good samples of other companies product to compare. No hidden costs and everything done/completed on time. Install people were professional, personable and neat.
