YOUNG'S LOCK & KEY

They said they would come out and they did not get here on time. They said that they would show up in a couple days to fix the problem and they never called us back.

We called Mr. Young soon after receiving the keys to our new house. He was able to come the next day, and he showed up early. He quickly went about re-keying all of our locks, and was also able to fix the side door lock, which didn't fully engage. We didn't realize this at the time, but one of our garage locks was broken, and Mr. Young kindly fixed it for free, saying it was a New Year's gift to us. He was quick and didn't leave a trace of dust, even though he had to drill to fix our doorknob. We'd call him again in a flash if we ever need a locksmith.

The service is excellent. They have great prices and they always come out quickly. He is very nice to work with and very experienced.

I had had my vehicle broken into and inside I kept a spare set of house keys which were stolen too. I needed to change out my lock quickly. I did some research online and found Mr. Young on another review website with many positive reviews. I called him up and he came that morning and arrived at the time he said he would. In addition to installing a new deadbolt and handle set. He needed to do some fine tuning on the other door that the deadbolt locks into to make it a tight secure fit. Before the repairs the deadbolt was a real pain to open and close with a key because it did not fit correctly. All of that is taken care of and now my house is secure again.
