 + 0 moreI highly recommend Williams Quality Painting. Kevin did a superb job in a short amount of time. He got started right away so that he'd be done before my furniture was delivered, as I had requested. He was such a pleasure to work with. I had a pesky landlord who was ambivalent about how much she wanted to invest in the property so Kevin worked directly with me and supported me through this awkward situation. He was very responsive to my requests, and I am pretty particular about details. If ever I found an area where I wanted there to be more plaster work, he was more than happy to oblige. He gave me excellent advice about all kinds of things that I didn't know about when painting a house (should I paint the ceilings the same color? how many coats? what grade paint?). He's just a really nice guy who runs a very efficient, high-quality, professional business. He was just excellent to work with, and my home looks 100 times better because of his work. It changed my rental into my home.
Description of Work: Kevin painted the interior of the house I was renting. It was a labor-intensive job because of a lot of trim work in the living room, dining room, foyer, and bedroom. I chose the colors, and he filled gaps, cracks, and nail holes in the wood walls and ceilings before he started painting. He removed all old paint on the windows and the old hardware from old blinds too. He sanded all of the woodwork before painting. He was careful to mask all the hardwood flooring so that no paint would get on the floor. He definitely knows what he's doing and he did it at a very reasonable price. I could never have done as good of a job on my own, and it would have been a real pain in the neck because of the trim work, especially.
