TOP NOTCH ENERGY RESPONDED TO MY CALL TO RE-INSULATE THE SPA. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND TOLD ME IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO DO THIS. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD SAVE A LOT OF ENERGY HEATING IF WE DID THIS. THEY GAVE US OTHER IDEAS AROUND THE HOUSE TO SAVE ENERGY AS WELL.
