The installation went very well and the product looked great. Unfortunately, once it started to rain, the roof leaked in a variety of places requiring multiple calls. The tiles broke so easily that I have had three pallets of replacements since installation. I have had to repair damaged drywall twice and have written repeatedly to complain. Three years ago, they came out with the tile manufacturer, Eagle, to evaluate the problem. it was determined that we needed new, improved barrier material as the original felt had failed. Eagle asked for my warrantee which i never received from State Roofing. In January I sent the fourth or fifth letter requesting a response and was told the the President of the company was reviewing my account. Recent attempts at getting a response have failed. They did call me to ask me to pay for their most recent service at which time I said I would pay it only if Keith Symon, the President replied to my request. I am no considering a lawsuit.
