He showed up very promptly, and gave me exact prices. the only problem was in his arriving at the time he said he would to install them. There were three different times, when I expected him. The third time he did show up (late), and installed the doors quickly. They are great.He did a very nice job. And the price was exactly what he had quoted me, with only the addition of tax for the new slider (which he had also told me to expect).

Rick was very professional. Arrived on time; job went smoothly; no hidden charges. In addition, over the years, as the wind has blown off certain screens, he has always come to repair or re-install at no extra charge. He is very customer-oriented and fair-minded. In terms of service I think I got more than my money's worth.
